2016 RVA Street Art Festival

 

Over the last few years, Richmond, Virginia (RVA) has become a hot spot for street art with national and international artists coming here to show off their artwork. I am really proud of my city to embrace the artwork. I really think it adds to the cultural value of the city. On Saturday, April 23, 2016, the RVA Street Art Festival was held with proceeds going to  Art 180, Art on Wheels, and Studio Two Three

There was also a great marketplace at the festival with local artists selling different things. I bought this awesome LuchaPuss T-shirt from RawJawBone

Next door to this festival was a Earth Day festival. That one mostly had informational booths (Keep Virginia Green) and some yummy food vendors. I had the mountain tropp quinoa bowl from Goatocado. It was so tasty.
